Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly variance analysis processes across multiple business units.
- Build, maintain, and audit complex financial models to evaluate strategic growth initiatives, pricing strategies, and potential M&A opportunities.
- Partner directly with department heads to deliver actionable financial insights, identify cost-saving initiatives, and optimize resource allocation.
- Prepare high-impact financial presentations, variance reports, and KPI dashboards for executive leadership and board members.
- Streamline financial reporting systems and automate data ingestion pipelines to maximize operational efficiency.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to support long-range strategic corporate planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a highly quantitative field; MBA or CFA charterholder is strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience, preferably in corporate finance, investment banking, or transaction advisory.
- Expert-level financial modeling capabilities with advanced proficiency in MS Excel and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with modern ERP and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools such as Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or Hyperion.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to translate complex financial metrics into highly compelling, strategic narratives.
- Exceptional attention to detail balanced with the ability to see the broader strategic picture in a fast-paced environment.
