Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring strict adherence to GAAP and internal compliance standards.
- Develop complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability, providing critical insights for executive decision-making.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify trends, operational inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Sales, Operations, HR) to support strategic planning and provide financial recommendations.
- Streamline accounting workflows and implement best practices for financial reporting and system automation.
- Present financial findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and board members in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a strong plus.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA certification is highly preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate accounting, or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-financial stakeholders.
