Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, valuation, and scenario analysis
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting processes across multiple business units
- Analyze financial performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to stakeholders and executive committees
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and drive process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and international financial reporting standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in a corporate or investment setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software
- Demonstrated expertise in variance analysis, KPI reporting, and dashboard development
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
