Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with GAAP standards.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting cycle and develop accurate rolling forecasts to support business goals.
- Variance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of actuals versus budgets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
- Strategic Planning: Support strategic initiatives by providing actionable financial insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; Master’s degree (MBA) preferred.
- Certification: CPA, CMA, or CFA designation is highly desirable.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or corporate accounting.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable business strategy.
