Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Perform comprehensive variance analysis to explain discrepancies between actual results and budgets.
- Develop complex financial models to support strategic planning, forecasting, and capital budgeting initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to create and monitor departmental budgets and operating forecasts.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial data to drive process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all internal controls and external regulatory standards (GAAP/IFRS).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate accounting, or financial planning.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership.
