Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- Prepare complex financial reports, including variance analysis, P&L reviews, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and capital allocation.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses into key financial metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and integrate them into financial planning.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements for external audits and regulatory filings.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA/CFA preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial data to stakeholders at all levels.
