Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Treasury) to support budgeting and strategic planning initiatives.
- Present financial findings and recommendations to the Board of Directors and executive stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive business performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CFA, ACA, or ACCA qualification is highly desirable).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VBA, Macros, and advanced formulas) and financial reporting software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting principles.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence non-financial stakeholders.
