What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support long-term strategic planning and forecasting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with high accuracy and adherence to GAAP standards.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction or revenue enhancement.
- Assist in the budgeting process, providing guidance and support to department heads.
- Lead cross-functional audits and ensure internal controls are robust and effective.
- Present financial data and strategic recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting.
- Professional certification (CPA, CFA, or CMA) is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Pivot Tables) and financial reporting software (SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion).
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
