As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will take ownership of our financial planning and analysis (FP&A) functions, driving growth initiatives and ensuring fiscal responsibility across the organization. Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes for the EMEA region.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic business initiatives and investment decisions.
- Conduct rigorous variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Prepare high-level executive presentations and monthly reporting packages for the Board of Directors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Sales, Operations, Strategy) to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
- Oversee compliance with financial regulations and internal controls, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial workflows and reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or CPA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or Investment Banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (PowerBI or Tableau).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and synthesize complex information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical data into executive summaries.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
