Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Build and maintain complex financial models to predict revenue, expenses, and cash flow with high accuracy.
- Budget Management: Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to allocate resources efficiently.
- Variance Analysis: Conduct in-depth monthly and quarterly variance analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Reporting: Prepare executive-level presentations and detailed reports for the C-Suite, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Process Improvement: Streamline financial workflows and implement best practices in accounting and finance systems.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial reporting adheres to GAAP and internal control standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree (MBA) preferred.
- Certification: CPA or CFA designation is highly desirable.
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or public accounting.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Macros) and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) or BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
