Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models for forecasting, valuation, and scenario analysis
- Lead month-end/quarter-end closing processes with reconciliations and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on M&A transactions and capital planning
- Design and implement KPI dashboards for executive decision support
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Mentor junior analysts and optimize financial reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance or Big 4
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling software
- Demonstrated success in financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
- Expertise in US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communicator with stakeholder management experience
