Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive financial models for M&A valuations, capital raises, and investment portfolios
- Lead monthly/quarterly financial forecasting cycles with variance analysis and strategic recommendations
- Develop risk assessment frameworks for complex financial instruments and market exposure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build financial projections for new market entries
- Present financial insights to executive stakeholders through executive dashboards and board presentations
- Optimize capital allocation strategies using NPV/IRR analysis and scenario modeling
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and SOX controls in all financial reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CFA strongly preferred
- 5+ years in investment banking, corporate finance, or financial consulting
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A) with Excel/Power BI
- Deep understanding of IFRS/GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven track record of leading high-stakes financial analysis projects
- Advanced quantitative skills with statistical modeling experience
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex data to non-financial stakeholders
- Certifications (CFA, CPA, FRM) will be prioritized
