Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive financial modeling and forecasting for $2B+ asset portfolios
- Analyze market trends and regulatory impacts to inform strategic investment decisions
- Develop risk assessment frameworks for new fintech integrations and digital banking products
- Present financial insights to executive stakeholders and board committees
- Mentor junior analysts and drive process improvements in financial reporting
- Collaborate with M&A teams on valuation and due diligence for acquisition targets
- Ensure compliance with SOX, Basel III, and emerging FinTech regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in financial services with banking/asset management experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency and financial modeling expertise (DCF, LBO, M&A)
- Deep understanding of banking regulations and risk management frameworks
- Experience with financial software (Bloomberg, FactSet, SAP)
