Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance complex financial models to support investment decisions and forecasting.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis and produce monthly/quarterly reporting packages for senior leadership.
- Perform rigorous financial due diligence on potential acquisition targets and investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key drivers of profitability and operational efficiency.
- Monitor market trends and economic indicators to provide actionable strategic recommendations.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for board meetings and investor presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or CFA/ACCA accreditation is a strong advantage).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, or corporate finance.
- Expert proficiency in advanced Excel (VBA, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software (e.g., Bloomberg Terminal, Capital IQ).
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex data to diverse audiences.
