Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis for key business units
- Develop executive-level dashboards and KPIs to track performance against strategic goals
- Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform investment strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize capital allocation and resource planning
- Present financial insights to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Maintain SOX compliance and ensure adherence to GAAP standards
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in corporate finance or investment analysis
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, M&A, LBO) and advanced Excel functions
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into strategic business recommendations
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong quantitative skills with attention to detail and analytical rigor
