Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasting models.
- Conduct deep-dive financial modeling to assess business performance and support capital budgeting initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting in compliance with UK GAAP and internal financial policies.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or investment banking.
- Strong proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and SQL.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
