Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models for M&A opportunities and capital allocation
- Analyze variance reports and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Lead quarterly business reviews with department heads
- Streamline financial reporting processes using Power BI
- Collaborate with FP&A team on annual budgeting cycles
- Conduct market research and competitor financial benchmarking

Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate finance or investment banking
- CPA or CFA designation strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Demonstrated success in financial modeling and valuation
- Strong presentation skills with executive audience experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (MBA preferred)
