Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasting.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
- Collaborate with department heads to analyze operational data and identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls through rigorous auditing and documentation.
- Present financial findings and strategic recommendations to senior management and the board of directors.
- Streamline financial processes by implementing best practices and leveraging advanced analytical tools.
- Assist in the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree (MBA) preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), CFA, or similar professional certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
