Responsibilities
- Lead complex financial modeling and valuation projects for diverse investment portfolios.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports for executive stakeholders.
- Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide strategic recommendations to optimize capital allocation.
- Analyze market trends and economic data to support risk management and growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline financial operations and improve reporting efficiency.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify root causes of deviations and suggest corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software (e.g., Anaplan, Hyperion).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and corporate finance principles.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear, persuasive executive presentations.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated history of working effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced financial environments.
