Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain complex financial models to support long-term strategic planning and capital allocation.
- Lead the end-to-end annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for multi-million dollar business units.
- Execute deep-dive variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to mitigate risks and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Develop and automate sophisticated executive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive operational efficiency and identify scalable cost-saving initiatives.
- Prepare high-level financial presentations and briefing materials for Board of Directors and investor relations meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or Master’s in Finance highly preferred.
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
- CFA, CPA, or CMA certification is a significant advantage.
- Mastery of advanced financial modeling, Excel (VBA/Power Query), and ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
- Proven track record of managing large datasets to derive strategic business insights.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence C-suite decision-makers.
