Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting, rolling forecast, and long-range strategic planning processes for major global business units.
- Build and maintain sophisticated, dynamic financial models to evaluate new business opportunities, capital allocations, and potential M&A targets.
- Present quarterly financial performance packages directly to C-suite executives, highlighting variance analyses, operational risks, and key performance indicators.
- Partner cross-functionally with senior leadership to optimize operational efficiency and drive structural margin improvement initiatives.
- Deploy modern data analytics and BI tools to streamline legacy reporting workflows and transition from historical reporting to predictive forecasting models.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a highly quantitative field; MBA or progress toward CFA/CPA is highly preferred.
- 4 to 6 years of progressive corporate finance, investment banking, or financial consulting experience.
- Expert-level financial modeling capabilities, including detailed DCF, LBO, sensitivity, and scenario analyses.
- Proficiency with enterprise FP&A software (such as Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning, or Hyperion) and advanced Excel functions.
- Exceptional narrative and presentation skills, with a proven ability to distill complex financial results for non-financial business partners.
