Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and deliver comprehensive reports to C-suite executives
- Develop advanced financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
- Lead month-end/quarter-end closing processes ensuring GAAP compliance
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and implement efficiency improvements
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation analysis
- Collaborate with investment teams to assess portfolio performance risks
- Automate financial workflows using Power BI and advanced Excel techniques
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement in financial processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting; CPA or MBA strongly preferred
- 7+ years progressive financial analysis experience in investment/finance
- Expertise in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and variance analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (macros, VBA) and Power BI/Tableau
- Demonstrated experience with ERP systems (SAP Oracle NetSuite)
- Strong knowledge of SEC regulations and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex data to stakeholders
- Proven track record of process optimization and automation
