Responsibilities

- Lead financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and investment opportunities
- Optimize working capital management and cost reduction strategies
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement in financial processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment banking or asset management
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg Terminal, and financial software (SAP, Oracle)
- Expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques (DCF, comparable analysis)
- Strong analytical thinking with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proven track record of presenting to executive leadership and board committees
- CFA charter holder or actively pursuing certification
