Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and forecasting for business units
- Analyze financial performance metrics and variance reporting
- Lead month-end closing processes and ensure SOX compliance
- Develop strategic financial models for M&A opportunities
- Collaborate with executive leadership on budgeting and strategic initiatives
- Present financial insights to cross-functional stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- Expertise in GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
