Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting, rolling forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate business initiatives and capital allocation.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver actionable insights to executive leadership.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial review decks for board presentations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving initiatives and drive margin expansion.
- Streamline and automate financial reporting processes using advanced data tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
- 4-6 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and valuation.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting standards and financial statement analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
