Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic business decisions.
- Perform comprehensive variance analysis to identify trends and operational efficiencies.
- Partner with department heads to develop annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
- Prepare executive-level presentations detailing financial performance and growth opportunities.
- Monitor market conditions and competitive landscape to provide strategic recommendations.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy and speed.
- Manage monthly closing processes and ensure adherence to strict compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or CFA designation highly preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives.
- Demonstrated experience in capital budgeting and cost-benefit analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
