Responsibilities
- Design and maintain sophisticated financial models for portfolio valuation and risk assessment
- Lead month-end/quarter-end closing processes with 100% accuracy
- Develop comprehensive variance analysis reports for executive leadership
- Create strategic forecasts and budgets aligned with market trends
- Automate financial workflows using advanced Excel and Power BI tools
- Present complex financial insights to senior stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Drive process optimization initiatives to enhance financial efficiency
Qualifications
- BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years in financial analysis with investment management or private equity
- Expert proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros) and Power BI
- Deep understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven track record in building complex financial models from scratch
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills translating data into strategic narratives
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and SQL
