Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial models, valuations, and market trends to inform investment strategies
- Lead financial due diligence for $50M+ M&A transactions across multiple industries
- Develop quarterly portfolio performance reports for institutional clients
- Design and optimize capital allocation frameworks for 20+ portfolio companies
- Present financial insights to executive committees and board members
- Mentor junior analysts and enhance departmental financial modeling capabilities
Qualifications
- 5+ years in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance
- CPA or CFA charter required
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A)
- Advanced Excel, Bloomberg Terminal, and Power BI skills
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or MBA from top-tier institution
- Proven track record of managing $10M+ financial projects
- Exceptional presentation skills for high-stakes stakeholder communications
