Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models for multi-asset portfolios using advanced Excel and Python
- Analyze market trends to identify investment opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
- Prepare executive-level financial reports with actionable insights for C-suite stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional initiatives on M&A valuation and capital allocation projects
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and FINRA standards
- Mentor junior analysts while driving process optimization in financial reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in investment banking or asset management
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A) and valuation techniques
- Expert knowledge of Bloomberg Terminal, FactSet, and SQL data analysis
- Series 7 and Series 63/66 licenses required
- Demonstrated experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX, Basel III)
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to non-finance executives
