Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models to support strategic planning and forecasting initiatives.
- Analyze variance between actual results and forecasts to identify key business drivers.
- Collaborate with department heads to manage annual budget processes and quarterly re-forecasting.
- Prepare high-level executive presentations for the Board of Directors and senior management.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to increase accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to provide forward-looking strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or investment banking.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS principles and financial statement analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
