Responsibilities
- Lead financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation for private equity investments
- Analyze market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscapes
- Prepare detailed investment memos and executive presentations
- Collaborate with portfolio companies on financial strategy and operational improvements
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and scenario analysis frameworks
- Maintain financial databases and ensure data integrity across systems
- Mentor junior analysts and drive process optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A) and Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with financial software (Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- CFA or CPA designation highly desirable
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
