Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models to support strategic planning and long-term business forecasting.
- Analyze variance between actual results and forecasts to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly re-forecasting cycles across multiple business units.
- Prepare high-impact presentations and reports for the CFO and executive stakeholders.
- Evaluate capital expenditure proposals and potential M&A opportunities using ROI and NPV analysis.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide early warnings on financial health and market shifts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and enhance data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial statement analysis.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into simple business insights.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
