Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making and capital allocation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasts.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop complex financial models to assess project feasibility and investment returns.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to present financial findings and strategic recommendations clearly and persuasively.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal financial policies.
- Assist in budget preparation and long-term financial planning processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis within the banking or financial services sector.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros), and SQL.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, GAAP/IFRS, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- CFA, CPA, or CFA candidacy is a strong plus.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
