Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and financial data to develop investment strategies and risk mitigation plans
- Create sophisticated financial models for valuation, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in M&A transactions, due diligence, and post-merger integration
- Present complex financial insights to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Drive process optimization in financial reporting and compliance frameworks
- Mentor junior analysts while maintaining hands-on technical execution
- Collaborate with data science teams to implement AI-driven financial analytics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or CFA/ACCA certification required
- 7+ years in investment banking, asset management, or corporate finance
- Expert proficiency in Bloomberg Terminal, SQL, and advanced Excel modeling
- Proven track record in M&A advisory and valuation methodologies
