Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial data to prepare variance reports and strategic recommendations for executive leadership.
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support business case analysis and capital allocation decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with GAAP standards and internal financial control policies.
- Oversee the financial audit process and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Pivot Tables, Macros) and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and corporate governance.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present actionable insights.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders at all levels.
