Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end monthly and quarterly financial reporting cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis and forecasting to identify trends and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support capital allocation and budget planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and cost reduction initiatives.
- Prepare high-level presentations for executive stakeholders and board meetings.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis within the banking or financial services sector.
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CFA) is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of IFRS/GAAP accounting standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives.
