- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with high accuracy.
- Build and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with department heads to support strategic business initiatives.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Oversee the month-end close process and ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (CPA or CFA certification is a plus).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in corporate finance or financial analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Macros) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, internal controls, and corporate governance.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives.
