Responsibilities
- Lead monthly financial close processes and variance analysis for $500M+ revenue streams
- Develop and maintain financial models for strategic initiatives, M&A evaluations, and capital allocation
- Collaborate with department heads to build annual budgets and rolling forecasts
- Present financial insights to C-suite executives through executive dashboards and presentations
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and drive process improvements using ERP systems
- Ensure SOX compliance and implement internal controls for financial reporting
- Mentor junior analysts and lead cross-functional financial planning initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VBA) and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and regulatory compliance frameworks
