Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across multiple business units to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic investment decisions and long-term planning.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to senior leadership to drive profitability.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize revenue drivers.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for stakeholders and board members.
- Evaluate market trends and competitive benchmarks to inform long-term business strategy and risk management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VBA, Power Query, and advanced financial modeling techniques.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statement analysis, and internal control environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-finance stakeholders and executives.
- Demonstrated experience with ERP systems and BI tools such as NetSuite, Tableau, or Power BI.
