Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Develop sophisticated financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, pricing strategies, and market expansion initiatives
- Conduct in-depth quantitative analysis of market trends, competitor performance, and economic indicators
- Present complex financial insights to executive stakeholders through compelling visual dashboards and executive reports
- Collaborate with risk management teams to enhance capital adequacy frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement in financial reporting methodologies
- Support M&A activities through due diligence, valuation analysis, and integration planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA/CPA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in banking or financial services
- Expert proficiency in advanced Excel modeling, Power BI, and SQL data extraction
- Demonstrated experience with regulatory reporting (Basel III, Dodd-Frank, SOX compliance)
- Exceptional quantitative skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic narratives
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional financial initiatives in matrix organizations
- Strong understanding of capital markets, credit risk, and investment banking operations
- Excellent presentation skills with experience delivering to executive committees
