Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market trend forecasting for institutional clients
- Develop and maintain complex financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive stakeholders
- Analyze portfolio performance metrics and recommend strategic adjustments based on risk/reward profiles
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize capital allocation and improve operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with FINRA, SEC, and international financial regulations (SOX, Basel III)
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement in financial analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in investment banking, asset management, or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg Terminal, and financial modeling software
- Demonstrated expertise in financial statement analysis, valuation techniques (DCF, comps), and risk assessment
- Strong understanding of capital markets, derivatives, and portfolio management strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex financial concepts for diverse audiences
- Series 7/63 or FINRA licenses (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
