Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to develop comprehensive investment models and valuation frameworks
- Lead quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes for $500M+ portfolios
- Design and implement automated financial reporting systems using Power BI
- Collaborate with M&A teams on due diligence and transaction structuring
- Present financial insights to executive stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with SEC/FASB standards
- Mentor junior analysts while driving process optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- 7+ years in corporate finance, investment banking, or asset management
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling tools
- CFA or CPA certification strongly preferred
- Experience with Power BI/Tableau for data visualization
- Demonstrated success in leading complex financial projects
- Deep understanding of IFRS and GAAP frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
