Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models for M&A transactions, capital raises, and portfolio valuation
- Analyze market trends and economic indicators to inform investment strategies
- Lead quarterly financial forecasting and variance analysis for institutional clients
- Collaborate with portfolio managers on risk assessment and mitigation frameworks
- Present financial insights to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Automate reporting workflows using advanced Excel and Power BI solutions
- Mentor junior analysts on financial best practices and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in investment banking, asset management, or corporate finance
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A) and valuation techniques
- Advanced Excel skills with VBA/macros; Power BI or Tableau experience
- Deep understanding of SEC regulations and GAAP/IFRS standards
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- CFA charter or CPA certification highly desirable
