Responsibilities
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with multi-entity consolidation expertise
- Design and implement internal controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and supporting schedules
- Manage audit processes and coordinate with external auditors
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Mentor junior accountants on technical accounting standards
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow management
- Collaborate with FP&A team on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification required
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX, and SEC reporting requirements
- Advanced proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and Excel modeling
- Proven track record of managing multi-location audits
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multinational tax compliance
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
