Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee compliance with GAAP, SOX, and SEC regulations for public reporting
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives
- Collaborate with audit teams during internal and external examinations
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Mentor junior accountants and cross-functional stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expertise in financial reporting, consolidations, and complex reconciliations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)

- Experience managing SOX compliance and audit processes
