Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings ensuring GAAP compliance
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Manage reconciliations for complex accounts including intercompany transactions
- Lead the preparation and submission of regulatory filings and tax documentation
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
- Mentor junior accounting staff and conduct internal control reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA required)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expertise in full-cycle accounting and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Demonstrated experience with SOX compliance and internal controls
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
