Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements ensuring GAAP/IFRS compliance
- Lead month-end closing processes with multi-currency consolidations
- Develop and implement robust internal controls for financial operations
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual reviews and SOX compliance
- Mentor junior accountants while maintaining accuracy in high-volume reporting
- Optimize financial systems through process automation initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expertise in consolidations and intercompany accounting
- Advanced Excel and proficiency in SAP/Oracle ERP systems
- Experience with SOX 404 compliance and internal audits
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
