Responsibilities

  • Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare and review comprehensive balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis to maintain GAAP compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline accounting workflows and implement robust internal controls.
  • Oversee treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting and management of corporate credit facilities.
  • Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate annual audits and ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards.
  • Provide detailed financial analysis and KPIs to the CFO to support long-term strategic planning.
  • Mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Active CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally with a mix of Big 4 public accounting and private industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) and expert-level Microsoft Excel skills.
