Responsibilities
- Lead month-end closing processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Prepare and deliver complex financial statements compliant with GAAP and IFRS
- Manage SOX compliance testing and internal controls documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Develop automation solutions for financial reporting workflows
- Mentor junior accountants and ensure team adherence to best practices
- Present financial insights to executive stakeholders through dashboards and presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification required
- 5+ years of public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Expertise in financial reporting systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
- Proven experience with multi-currency transactions and international standards
