Responsibilities
- Lead month-end/year-end close processes with multi-entity consolidations
- Execute complex account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Develop and maintain internal controls for financial reporting
- Collaborate with auditors during SOX 404 compliance reviews
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive leadership
- Streamline accounting workflows through ERP system optimization
- Mentor junior accounting staff on technical best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Demonstrated expertise in multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with SEC reporting requirements
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects
